The accommodation is all based at ground floor level and has fittings suitable for disabled use. In addition to the two bedrooms, the property consists of a fitted bathroom (bath, shower, sink, toilet) and fitted kitchen. The sitting room includes large patio doors opening on to a reasonable garden (which is usually commended by guests).

Grassington: Conveniently accessible at the Southern tip of the Yorkshire Dales national park, Grassington is perhaps the most popular town in the Dales. It offers an ideal centre for those wishing to be active, such as walkers and cyclists or those who just wish to enjoy the unique Dales countryside.
